Together with regular partners, we carry out the whole range of construction production, from the preparation of an architectural and planning assignment and ending with commissioning. By agreement with the customer, all work is carried out on a turnkey basis.

An integrated approach to solving their problems and the construction of turnkey facilities, incl. performing the functions of a general contractor. The company provides a complete organization of the construction process, simultaneously performing the functions of a technical customer, general contractor and technical supervision. With a general contract, more than 75% of construction and installation work is carried out by the company’s own resources. Reliable subcontractors with a good reputation and experience in this field are involved in the execution of highly specialized construction work.

Using modern resources and energy-saving construction technologies and efficient construction and installation equipment. The company has a developed material and technical base, including unique construction equipment capable of providing complex types of construction and installation work. Own production assets and warehouse bases of the company are located in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region, incl. a workshop for metal processing, a workshop for the production of aluminum products and stained-glass windows, concrete-mortar units and a workshop for the production of furniture products.
